RDP - Product Stewardship

Interstate Chemical Company responsibly promotes sound and safe handling of all chemicals it distributes. This accountability applies to employees and customers alike. To assist in these efforts, the following are available:

• Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) are readily accessible for hazardous products in the company's  inventory.

• MSDSs are sent to all customers on the products they purchase as required by the Hazard Communication standard of the Occupational Safety & Health Act (OSHA).

• Technical support is offered to all customers and end users.

• Questions that require additional expertise are referred to the manufacturers of the products or to regulatory agencies.

• The company distributes the “Product Stewardship Bulletin” provided by the NACD Education Foundation.
