Barge Terminals

The Vanport barge terminal of Interstate Chemical Company is located on the Ohio River to offer convenient, low cost transportation service from the many waterways to Pittsburgh.

Interstate Chemical Company's Alpont Terminal has six tanks completed in the Chicago area that represents the first stage of development at the river terminal. These facilities have a combined capacity in excess of 25 million gallons, providing Interstate Chemical Company with the capability of supplying its customers with chemicals at competitive rates.
